bloated and shitty, Due on any time so anger issues are explained!

Worked out for an hour today, 30 mins cardio and 30 mins resistance/weight machines. Yes I am tired, but I do feel acomplished. going to try and not ruin it by stuffing my face and if I do feel like cramming loads into my craw I can always eat celery and carrot sticks.

Got loads of work to do but really dont feel like it this afternoon. I may just goof off for a while and make it up a bit later!
